I have a bit of obsession with plates. I love buying them, but don't really know where to store them. And most recently, cute pasta dishes caught my eye more than anything else. And in one sweep, there they are, 5 different colored pasta bowls. *squeal with delight*. You've seen prolly 2-3 of them already from previous blog posts for I use them for almost everything, even for cereals!
For a change, I want to give justice to this particular yellow cutie with my version Yellow Cab's Charlie Chan Chicken Pasta.
It's easy- know more after the jump! =)

Yellow Cab's Charlie Chan Chicken Pasta
What you need:
250g Spaghetti Noodles, cooked al dente
2 Chicken Thighs, cut to strips
1 Bulb Onion
2 Cloves Garlic, chopped finely
2 T Char Siu Sauce
1/3 Oyster Sauce
1 T Chili Garlic Sauce
1/3 C Water
5 Shitake Mushrooms, cut to strips
1/3 Oyster Sauce
1 T Chili Garlic Sauce
1/3 C Water
5 Shitake Mushrooms, cut to strips
1/3 C Roasted Peanuts
What to do:
1. Cook the noodles according to pack instructions. Make sure you do not overcook. Pasta is always best al dente.
2. In a separate pan, saute garlic and onion, until wilted, then add in chicken strips.
3. Immediately add in the sauces to add color to the chicken while it cooks.
4. Add in noodles, mushroom and water. Then mix in peanuts.
5. Garnish with green onions and serve while hot
enjoy =)
